There are thousands of Coastal Directors out there, each offering their own set of tools and support. Here is what sets our support team apart…

  • We believe in community. We believe that even though we don’t make money directly off of helping each other, we will all make money in the long run if we work together. Networking is a powerful thing. When you join our team, you are not just “signing up”, you are plugging into a system of Directors who are happy to share ideas and strategies with you. No secrets here. In Coastal there’s plenty of money to go around, so we don’t believe in being stingy.
  • We stay plugged in to all the updates and changes in Coastal. Our team’s founder is a member of the Board of Directors who govern all of Coastal. Who wouldn’t want to be at the top of the information system? Any question or concern can be answered with a simple phone call.
  • We have special resources, just for our team. We have this training website and all the ads, flyers, scripts and articles in it’s member area. We also have special team-only training calls throughout the week where you can actually hear live prospecting calls. Plus, we network together, and you can talk to the other members of the team on those calls. We talk about what lead sources and marketing methods are working. Plus, Steph’s 100+page Fast Start book is full of great marketing methods and camera-ready materials.
  • We don’t believe in making “deals”. An honest director who is making great money and truly wants to see his or her team succeed will not allow deal-making to ruin a new prospect’s success. It is psychologically damaging to your team to encourage bending the rules, and should be avoided at all costs. If you want your team to succeed, you teach them duplication. We believe in dealing with integrity and honesty with our clients, and not cutting corners at others’ expenses.
